How genie4.art handles data. This site has no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no server-side storage of your prompts.

Summary

genie4.art is a static content site. There is no account system, no login, no payments, and no database of visitors. This policy describes the small amount of data that does exist and what happens to it.

What we do not collect

  • No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or user profile.
  • No payment data. Nothing is sold on this site.
  • No server-side prompt storage. Text you type into the prompt composer stays in your browser. It becomes part of a URL only when you click a generate button.
  • No advertising profiles. This site does not run third-party ad networks.

What is collected

Analytics

The site may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are read. Such analytics record page views and referrers, not personal identity. If no analytics provider is configured, none of this applies.

Server logs

The hosting provider records standard request logs: IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, and response status. These are used for security and reliability, and are retained according to the provider's own policy.

Cookies

The site stores a small number of functional preferences in your browser, such as your light/dark theme choice and, if you dismiss it, the notice you dismissed. These are stored locally and are not transmitted to us.

When you click a generate button, your prompt text is appended to a URL pointing at a third-party generation tool and opened in a new tab.

  • The prompt is transmitted to that third party, not to genie4.art.
  • The URL also carries campaign parameters identifying genie4.art as the referrer.
  • The third party's own privacy policy governs what happens next.
  • Do not put personal, confidential, or sensitive information in a prompt.

This site links to external resources, including Google DeepMind's announcements and partner tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because the site does not build user profiles or store personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe the site holds data about you, contact us and we will investigate.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
