The short answer
Genie 4 is not generally available. Access at launch is gated in stages: trusted testers first, then Google AI Ultra subscribers through Project Genie, and early partners through the Gemini API and Google AI Studio. A waitlist is open but guarantees nothing, and no pricing has been published.
